Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced IT SAP Functional Analyst with a focus on SAP Fieldglass to join our dynamic team in Oakland, CA. In this role, you will be responsible for the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of our SAP Fieldglass solutions. Your expertise will be pivotal in ensuring seamless integration with other HR and business systems, which will enhance our HR processes and data management capabilities. As a vital member of our team, you will analyze business requirements, create comprehensive functional design documents, and perform system configurations to deliver effective solutions tailored to the needs of the business and IT organizations. This position emphasizes strategic partnership and ongoing system support, where you will play an essential role in technology decisions and the development of integrated IT and complex business solutions. You will work in a hybrid environment, spending three days a week at our Oakland headquarters collaborating with your project team, which is crucial for fostering teamwork and effective communication.

As an IT SAP Functional Analyst, your key responsibilities will include::

Serving as the subject matter expert for SAP Fieldglass, particularly in Contingent Workforce Management (CWM) and Statement of Work (SOW) management;; Implementing and configuring SAP Fieldglass, integrating it with SAP Ariba, SAP SuccessFactors, and other ERP systems;; Leading best practices during the migration and integration of SAP ECC to S/4 HANA with SAP Fieldglass;; Building and maintaining trusted relationships with stakeholders to drive shared goals;; Collaborating with HR, Procurement, and IT departments to translate business requirements into technical solutions;; Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to SAP Fieldglass and its integrations;; Providing expert advice on optimizing contingent workforce management and procurement processes;; Staying updated with SAP Fieldglass releases and conducting training sessions for end-users
