Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced IT SAP Functional Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP Fieldglass, including its configuration and customization. This role requires expertise in integrating SAP Fieldglass with various other systems to enhance our operational efficiency. The analyst will be responsible for collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze data, and implement IT projects focused on SAP systems. You will play a key role in managing contingent workforce processes and optimizing procurement strategies, ensuring that our technology solutions align with business objectives. This is a hybrid position based in Oakland, CA, where you will engage actively with both technical and non-technical teams to drive successful project outcomes.

The IT SAP Functional Analyst will be tasked with the following responsibilities::

Configure and customize SAP Fieldglass to meet organizational needs;; Integrate SAP Fieldglass with SAP Ariba, SAP S/4 HANA, and SAP Success Factors;; Analyze data to support procurement processes and contingent workforce management;; Engage with stakeholders to gather and clarify project requirements;; Provide support during IT project implementations focusing on SAP systems;; Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations and integrations
