Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced IT SAP Functional Analyst specializing in SAP Fieldglass to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the implementation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of our SAP Fieldglass solutions. Your deep knowledge of contingent workforce management and integration with various HR and business systems will be crucial in optimizing our data management practices and improving HR processes. You will analyze business requirements, produce functional design documentation, and execute system configurations tailored to the needs of our business and IT departments. As a strategic partner, you will influence technology decisions and provide continuous system support, ensuring that our solutions align with the organization's objectives.

As the SAP Functional Analyst, you will undertake various responsibilities to ensure the effective operation of SAP Fieldglass within our organization.:

Act as the subject matter expert for SAP Fieldglass, especially in Contingent Workforce Management, Statement of Work management, and Profile Worker modules;; Implement and configure SAP Fieldglass to ensure seamless integration with SAP Ariba, SAP SuccessFactors, and other ERP systems;; Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into effective technical solutions;; Provide continuous support and troubleshoot any issues related to SAP Fieldglass and its integrations;; Conduct training sessions for end-users to enhance their proficiency in utilizing the SAP Fieldglass system;; Stay informed about the latest SAP Fieldglass releases and enhancements to maintain system optimization
