Job Description:

As a full-service provider in the real estate sector, the PDS department offers comprehensive management of expansion and construction projects, ensuring customers receive expert guidance from leasing to turnkey handover. Alongside traditional project management, the PDS area also encompasses interior design, workplace solutions, as well as general planning and construction services to provide all-around support for our clients.

The projects for this position are primarily located in Berlin and the surrounding area. The team also serves clients in logistics, industrial, retail, and hotel sectors, managing projects that range from large, multi-year engagements to small but highly complex and time-sensitive initiatives.:

Assist in managing national and international expansion projects in office, hotel, logistics, and industrial sectors, Collaborate on projects from initiation through to handover, working closely with internal office leasing consultants, Participate in the preparation of tender documents and the awarding of construction services, assisting in negotiations, Act as client representative during key project phases including planning, awarding, execution, and handover, Support in coordinating the planning team, both in-house and external, and managing project teams from start to finish, Aid in implementing innovative architectural, workplace, and usage concepts, Establish connections with investors, owners, and users

Qualifications:

• A degree in architecture
