Job Description:
- We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Office Manager to join our team in New York City. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth office operations and creating a productive work environment. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Global Facilities Manager to establish and implement effective office policies and procedures. You will assist in planning the office layout and managing IT infrastructure, ensuring that the office functions efficiently. As the Office Manager, you will also identify opportunities for improvement in office processes and implement new systems to enhance productivity. Additionally, you will be responsible for onboarding new employees, ensuring they have all the necessary tools and resources to thrive in both office and remote settings. Your role will involve managing vendor invoices and maintaining accurate financial records in SAP Concur. You will also support a team of executives by managing their schedules, coordinating international travel, and collaborating with other Executive Assistants to ensure continuous coverage during absences. Familiarity with CRM systems for maintaining and updating contact databases will be beneficial.

As an Office Manager, you will oversee various administrative and operational tasks to ensure a well-functioning office environment.:
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures in collaboration with the Global Facilities Manager;; Assist with office layout planning and manage IT infrastructure;; Identify process improvements and implement new office management systems;; Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they are equipped to work both in-office and remotely;; Manage vendor invoices and ensure timely processing in SAP Concur;; Maintain accurate and organized schedules for executives, including proactive diary management;; Coordinate international travel arrangements, including flights, visas, and accommodations;; Collaborate with other Executive Assistants to ensure effective coverage during absences;; Update and maintain the contact database using the CRM system
