In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the strategic design and implementation of our revenue operations framework, which is essential for enhancing our direct sales initiatives. Your expertise in CRM administration and operations will ensure our sales team is equipped to perform at their best. You will play a crucial role in establishing efficient processes and practices that support the sales team, allowing them to focus on driving revenue growth. Your contributions will involve maintaining the integrity of our CRM data, collaborating closely with the sales team to optimize operational workflows, and continually improving our CRM utilization in conjunction with other enterprise systems. As an Ops Manager, you will have a diverse range of responsibilities that will leverage your expertise in revenue operations.:

    Design and implement a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) RevOps system focused on direct sales processes within a tight timeline of one week.;; Ensure comprehensive tracking of activities conducted by the sales team, implementing best practices for managing these activities.;; Maintain the cleanliness and reliability of CRM data, establishing robust processes for the creation and management of 'golden records'.;; Work collaboratively with the sales team to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness in achieving sales targets.;; Continuously evaluate and enhance the usage of the CRM system and its integration with other enterprise platforms to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications:

  • Possession of a valid Salesforce (SFDC) certification is mandatory.
  • Demonstrated success in scaling operations from seed to Series A funding.
  • Experience in a high-growth tech startup environment, particularly in Marketing Ops, Sales Ops, or RevOps.
