To enhance our team at our headquarters in Planegg-Martinsried near Munich, we are seeking a Product Manager for Optical Frequency Combs focusing on industrial applications.

As Product Manager, you will oversee the development and success of our optical frequency combs tailored for industrial applications.:

Manage the entire product life cycle including budget, revenue, and profit for the optical frequency combs., Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap., Act as a liaison between customers and various internal teams to facilitate effective communication., Lead the conception and definition of new products, overseeing their development from initial idea to market release., Conduct competitive analyses and assess market and customer needs to formulate actionable plans., Support product marketing efforts through effective communication and marketing strategies, including the creation of sales materials., Expand our customer and partner network actively.

• Excellent communication skills

• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in German is a plus.
