We are on a mission to achieve technological leadership in parcel logistics. Join our IT team and support us as a Product Owner in Germany or fully remote! You will lead one of our agile Scrum teams, focusing on microservices architecture, API products, and web portals for international parcel logistics worldwide. We create modern 'API first' and 'Cloud first' logistics solutions for our organization, partners, and customers.

As the Product Owner, you will lead your agile product team through the entire product lifecycle.:

Lead an agile product team responsible for managing products from requirements analysis to software design, implementation, testing, and production operations., Define the product vision and roadmap in collaboration with business departments, evaluating feature ideas and prioritizing new features while organizing Sprint Planning., Manage the product backlog, including creating designs, writing Epics and User Stories, facilitating Backlog Refinements, and clarifying questions with architects and team members., Align product development with business departments and coordinate with other Product Owners in cases of internal dependencies., Act as a line manager for your product team, ensuring effective leadership., Balance creative freedoms with necessary processes to maximize each team member's potential., Utilize software tools like Microsoft Teams, Jira, and Confluence for remote communication, while promoting regular in-person meetings., Serve as the go-to IT person for your products and represent them internationally.

Qualifications:
