As a recruiter for our engineering hubs, you will collaborate closely with your recruiting team to identify the top talent in software engineering worldwide, ensuring they align with our community values and growth potential.:

Collaborate with your recruiting team to identify the top five percent of software engineers and students globally, focusing on candidates who align with our growth-oriented culture., Continuously improve your recruiting strategies using dashboards to monitor success and optimize processes, aiming to enhance the conversion rate of applicants., Oversee the coordination of the recruiting team and manage applicant interactions, ensuring a positive experience for all candidates., Engage in active sourcing of candidates, approaching potential colleagues respectfully and discreetly, while developing effective direct contact strategies., Build and maintain strong partnerships with universities, student organizations, and service providers through your approachable nature., Organize events and trade show appearances, passionately representing our unique company culture.
