Job Description:

As a leading global developer and supplier of technologies, automation, and services, we are seeking a Sales Manager in Germany to promote our MAXUM Gas Chromatographs to clients in the chemical, petrochemical, renewables, and other sectors. Your role will be crucial in maintaining our market leadership and fostering growth in process automation.

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and building relationships with customers.:
- Identify and create sales opportunities in the CRM system by understanding customer needs., Track relevant sales leads and ensure timely follow-up while adhering to commercial law and ethical standards., Conduct customer visits to strengthen existing relationships and establish new connections., Process customer inquiries and coordinate with the central quotation department., Manage quotations and orders efficiently., Utilize sales tools to enhance productivity., Act as a liaison between customers, central sales support, and operations teams to address queries throughout the order processing phases., Gain valuable experience through collaboration with international partners and the sales team.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in electrical engineering

- Several years of experience in the process industry and/or automation technology.
- Strong customer focus with the ability to transform customer challenges into commercial solutions.
- Fluency in English and German
- along with strong intercultural communication skills.
- Excellent presentation skills and the ability to effectively engage with customers.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic business environment and applying problem-solving skills under pressure.
- Interest in working with technically advanced products and a commitment to seeing projects through to completion.
- Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time within the sales territory
- with occasional international travel.
- A valid driver's license is required.
