Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Salesforce Administrator to join our dynamic team in Plano, TX. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing, maintaining, and enhancing our Salesforce application. You will collaborate closely with various cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and implement effective solutions that leverage Salesforce's capabilities. Your responsibilities will include creating and updating user profiles, managing permissions, and ensuring data security through organization-wide defaults settings. Additionally, you will perform essential operations on various Salesforce objects and fields, maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations and customizations, and provide ongoing support and training to end-users to enhance their experience with the platform. As part of your collaboration with the Senior Salesforce Developer, you will contribute to the strategic and operational needs of our CRM system.

As a Salesforce Administrator, you will be responsible for various tasks aimed at optimizing the Salesforce platform for our organization.:

Create and manage user profiles and permissions;; Ensure data security through organization-wide defaults settings;; Perform create, read, edit, delete operations on Salesforce objects;; Maintain documentation of configurations and customizations;; Provide support and training to end-users;; Collaborate with the Senior Salesforce Developer on CRM needs

• Strong analytical skills for system enhancements
• Experience with Agile Development Methodologies is a plus
