Job Description:
- We are on the lookout for a skilled SAP Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in examining and resolving both basic and intricate challenges related to SAP Supply Chain business processes and systems. Your expertise will help ensure that our operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will be involved in weekly on-call production support, addressing high-severity technology issues and ensuring that our service level agreements (SLAs) are met according to established ITIL and VSIT guidelines. Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to identify enhancement opportunities aimed at standardizing and improving processes and system configurations that align with our customer-focused approach while adhering to business management goals. Collaboration will be key as you work closely with Functional Architects and cross-functional partners to facilitate end-to-end process integration, utilizing your knowledge of SAP MM primarily and SD secondarily. Additionally, you will develop, prototype, test, and implement solutions to enhance system stability, usability, and functionality, enabling end users to achieve their business objectives effectively. A comprehensive understanding of non-SAP business systems and their interactions with SAP will also be essential as you navigate through this role. All tasks will be performed in accordance with company policies and safety regulations, ensuring a safe and productive work environment.

As an SAP Analyst, you will take on various responsibilities including production support, process enhancement, and collaboration across teams.:
- Participate in weekly on-call production support to address high-severity technology issues;; Ensure compliance with established SLAs based on ITIL and VSIT guidelines;; Identify opportunities for process standardization and improvement in system configurations;; Collaborate with Functional Architects and cross-functional partners for end-to-end process integration;; Develop, prototype, test, and implement enhancements to improve system stability and functionality;; Understand and analyze non-SAP business systems and their interactions with SAP

- Proven cross-functional experience in areas such as Order to Cash (SD), Global Trade Services (GTS), and warehouse management integrations
