Job Description:

As an SAP Analyst, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our SAP systems, specifically focusing on the integration of Materials Management (MM) and Production Planning (PP). You will be responsible for understanding and analyzing user needs, ensuring that our technology aligns with our business strategy. This position involves collaborating with various stakeholders including procurement, supply chain, operations, and manufacturing teams to facilitate smooth operations. Your expertise will be pivotal in documenting system requirements, defining project scopes, and creating specifications that guide system development and implementation. You will also work closely with operations leaders to identify technological advancements and propose continuous improvement initiatives across multiple business areas. Your role will extend to troubleshooting complex business issues, bridging communication between IT and business functions, and influencing management decisions to enhance operational processes.

The following responsibilities will be central to your role as an SAP Analyst::

Conduct prototypes and develop functional specifications for system requirements;; Perform data mapping and functional mapping within the SAP framework;; Configure transaction and control tables in the SAP system;; Collaborate with development teams to meet functional specifications;; Identify and resolve gaps in business processes while integrating new systems;; Engage in security and authorization setups and user documentation;; Design data interfaces and oversee data migration and reconciliation;; Assist in the installation and optimization of system modifications;; Provide training to end-users on new functionalities and enhancements;; Serve as a liaison between IT and business functions to communicate system changes
