Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Consultant to lead our IT Procurement Systems Team. In this dynamic role, you will manage a team of Business Analysts while collaborating with various stakeholders, including business leaders and end users, to drive IT-related projects and initiatives that enhance enterprise applications and business processes. Your primary focus will be on SAP Ariba, SAP Concur, and Agiloft, where you will oversee the development, design, configuration, and support of these applications. You will also be responsible for facilitating meetings to gather end user requirements, provide project status updates, address issues, and plan training sessions to ensure operational needs are met effectively. The ideal candidate will possess a strong ability to adapt, demonstrate enthusiasm, and show proficiency in acquiring new technical skills as needed.

The successful candidate will be tasked with managing a team of Business Analysts and acting as a bridge between business leaders and IT to facilitate the successful implementation of enterprise applications.:

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and challenges;; Lead the design, implementation, and support of financial enterprise applications;; Manage and prioritize tasks for the Corporate IT Business Relationship Management Procurement team;; Facilitate training and support for end users on enterprise applications;; Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies
