Job Description:
- We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Business Analyst to join our team in Houston, TX. This pivotal role involves defining, designing, and delivering enterprise systems solutions that enhance financial processes including FICO, accounts payable, accounts receivable, treasury functions, sales and use tax, and royalty distributions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong customer focus and a deep understanding of business needs to ensure that all requirements are clearly articulated and met with excellence. You will be responsible for building and nurturing effective relationships with key stakeholders, offering insights and recommendations to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Collaboration with IT teams will be critical to ensure that business requirements are understood and effectively implemented. This position demands excellent communication skills, the ability to manage time efficiently, and the capability to provide ongoing support, which includes the development of business cases, documentation of business requirements and processes, test scenarios, and training materials. As a SAP FICO Business Analyst, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that are essential for the successful delivery of financial systems solutions.:
- Define and design enterprise systems solutions to enhance financial processes;; Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and clarify business requirements;; Work closely with IT teams to ensure the feasibility and comprehension of solutions;; Develop business cases, process documentation, and training materials;; Support the setup, testing, and maintenance of financial systems integrations;; Manage ongoing support tasks and address user inquiries regarding financial systems
