Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Functional Analyst who will serve as a subject matter expert in SAP Fieldglass, with a strong emphasis on Contingent Workforce Management, Statement of Work management, Assignment Management, and Profile Worker modules. This role involves implementing and configuring SAP Fieldglass, ensuring seamless integration with other ERP systems such as SAP Ariba, SAP SuccessFactors, and S/4 HANA to optimize workforce management processes. You will be responsible for leading best practices in the migration and integration of SAP ECC to S/4 HANA, ensuring smooth data flow and synchronization between systems through SAP Cloud Platform Integration and API management tools. Building and maintaining trusted relationships with key stakeholders is essential, as you will collaborate closely with HR, Procurement, and IT departments to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions. Furthermore, as an SAP Fieldglass expert, you will provide advice and support to enhance contingent workforce management and procurement processes, while staying updated on the latest releases and best practices.
