Job Description:

Join a pioneering automotive leader as an SAP Functional Consultant and be a part of an initiative that is reshaping the landscape of mobility. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in ERP implementations, focusing specifically on SAP modules related to Material Management in the automotive and manufacturing sectors. Your primary responsibilities will include gathering requirements, conducting business analysis, performing fit-gap analysis, and overseeing system testing. You will also play a vital role in documenting functional design documents and technical design documents, as well as providing end-user training. This position requires you to collaborate closely with both internal stakeholders and external implementation partners to define the scope of ERP projects, analyze existing business processes, and develop innovative solutions that optimize operations. Your contributions will directly impact how Ford manages its procurement and finance processes, ultimately enhancing customer experience and driving progress in the automotive industry.

As an SAP Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for transforming Ford's business processes through effective SAP implementation and support.:

Conduct thorough requirements gathering and business analysis;; Perform fit-gap analysis to identify discrepancies in current and proposed processes;; Create and maintain detailed documentation including functional and technical design documents;; Facilitate end-user training sessions to ensure effective adoption of new systems;; Collaborate with various teams to define the scope of ERP implementations;; Analyze integration requirements with legacy non-SAP systems;; Develop use cases and user stories to guide the implementation process;; Support testing phases including functional, security, integration, and user acceptance testing;; Provide subject matter expertise for global design processes related to sourcing and procurement;; Assist in data extraction, cleansing, and profiling activities during system transitions
