Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Functional Consultant to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will act as a cross-functional subject matter expert, guiding projects through every phase of the lifecycle. You will be responsible for gathering requirements, performing hands-on SAP configuration, and creating functional specifications for custom developments. Additionally, you will engage in comprehensive testing, developing test plans and executing them to ensure quality outcomes. Your expertise will be instrumental in supporting the delivery of both new and modified SAP processes and solutions. In this capacity, you will lead design workshops, sharing best practices and facilitating the transformation of business processes in collaboration with stakeholders. You will also take on partial project management responsibilities, organizing and directing the activities of consultants to achieve project objectives. Your role will involve leveraging your knowledge of integration areas across procurement, supply chain, manufacturing, and quality, ensuring smooth interfaces with external systems. Identifying and mitigating risks proactively will be key, as will recommending scalable solutions tailored to the specific needs of the business. You will support global SAP projects and initiatives, develop training materials, and facilitate user training to optimize business processes effectively. Your ability to prepare process flows and conduct training for key business and end-users will contribute significantly to our operational excellence.
