Our client, a prominent player in the manufacturing sector, is looking for an experienced SAP FICO Manager/Team Lead to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the configuration, implementation, and optimization of SAP FICO modules, ensuring alignment with both business objectives and compliance with industry standards. This position not only involves technical expertise but also requires strong leadership skills to mentor the team and manage cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders in finance and IT. As an SAP Manager/Team Lead, you will be responsible for a variety of key functions that ensure the effective management and enhancement of SAP FICO solutions. Your role will encompass leadership, technical oversight, stakeholder engagement, and project management.:

Lead and mentor a team of SAP FICO consultants and analysts;; Provide strategic guidance to align team efforts with business objectives;; Manage and optimize SAP FICO modules including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, and Controlling;; Oversee integration of FICO with other SAP modules and third-party systems;; Ensure compliance with financial regulations and industry standards;; Collaborate with business leaders and IT teams to identify and address business needs;; Translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions within SAP;; Provide project updates to stakeholders on progress and enhancements;; Manage end-to-end SAP FICO implementation and upgrade projects;; Develop project timelines, manage budgets, and ensure timely delivery;; Troubleshoot issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives
