Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced SAP OM Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of ten years of experience in SAP consulting, with at least five full life cycle implementations of SAP Order Management in multinational corporations. This role requires a deep understanding of invoice processing, cash receipt implications, and the management of down payment invoices. The consultant will need to efficiently handle disputes raised by customers regarding invoices, conducting thorough investigations to ensure timely resolution of all non-compliance fines, accepting only those fines that are valid. Additional responsibilities include performing root cause analysis to achieve error-free orders for the assigned customer portfolio by collaborating with legal and other internal resources as needed. This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere in the United States while contributing to a dynamic team environment.

As an SAP OM Consultant, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire order management process while ensuring compliance and accuracy.:

Conduct full life cycle implementations of SAP Order Management for MNC clients;; Process invoices accurately and efficiently;; Track and manage down payment invoices;; Investigate and resolve customer disputes regarding invoicing;; Conduct root cause analyses to minimize errors in order processing;; Collaborate with internal teams and legal resources to address non-compliance fines
