Job Description:
- Join a dynamic team in our SAP practice where innovation meets execution. As a leader in transformation initiatives, you will leverage your extensive knowledge of the Public Sector to help clients navigate the complexities of digital transformation. Your role will involve utilizing cutting-edge technologies, including IoT, automation, and AI, to deliver tailored SAP solutions that drive efficiency and effectiveness. You will be responsible for guiding teams of consultants in developing state-of-the-art SAP Public Sector solutions, ensuring they align with clients' strategic goals. Your expertise will empower clients to enhance their customer service capabilities and implement best practices in SAP's Order to Cash and Customer Relationship Management. Collaborating closely with senior leadership, you will establish trust-based relationships that position Accenture as the preferred partner for long-term success. Additionally, you will contribute to the growth of the SAP practice through business development activities and thought leadership in the realms of OTC and CRM.

As the SAP OTC/Customer Experience Lead, you will be tasked with a variety of responsibilities that are crucial for the successful delivery of SAP solutions in the Public Sector.:
- Analyze and assess clients' customer service needs using industry knowledge and technical expertise.;; Lead teams of consultants in the development and delivery of SAP solutions tailored to the Public Sector.;; Participate in sales pursuits and contribute to the development of innovative solutions powered by SAP tools.;; Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders within client organizations.;; Drive business development initiatives, including proposal submissions and sales efforts.;; Serve as a thought leader in the Accenture SAP practice, focusing on enhancing expertise in OTC and CRM.
