As an SAP Technical Lead, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that ensure the successful implementation and maintenance of SAP solutions.:

Lead the technical architecture and design of SAP solutions while ensuring alignment with business processes.;; Supervise the development and customization of SAP applications, focusing on quality and performance.;; Mentor and guide SAP developers in best coding practices and troubleshooting techniques.;; Configure SAP modules such as SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA based on business requirements.;; Oversee various testing phases, including system, integration, and user acceptance testing.;; Quickly address and resolve any technical issues to maintain system continuity.;; Plan and execute system upgrades and enhancements in compliance with SAP policies.;; Collaborate with different stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into effective SAP solutions.;; Manage documentation and changes to SAP systems to minimize disruptions.;; Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and conduct training sessions for end-users.
