Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Technical Lead who will play a critical role in analyzing and developing SAP systems. The successful candidate will work closely with internal customers and SAP Functional Analysts, as well as offshore development teams, to ensure the effective delivery of business systems and processes. This role requires a deep understanding of SAP's technical landscape and the ability to guide and monitor development efforts while fostering strong relationships across teams. The SAP Technical Lead will also be responsible for designing and implementing solutions across various business units, ensuring that all SAP modules are utilized effectively to drive business value. The role involves engaging in project scoping discussions to gather business requirements, overseeing release planning, and acting as a technical subject matter expert in SAP technologies. You will partner with internal teams and external suppliers on system design, application upgrades, and project implementations, ensuring optimal system performance.

Engage with internal stakeholders to deliver effective SAP solutions;; Design, guide, and monitor development efforts by team members;; Facilitate the integration of SAP ECC systems using EDI and IDoC;; Enable reporting through SAP BOBJ tools while ensuring data accuracy;; Drive the SAP systems roadmap, influencing internal customers on technology usage;; Manage project scope discussions to align business requirements with SAP capabilities;; Oversee cutover planning and timelines, serving as the technical SME;; Collaborate with teams on systems design, upgrades, and capacity management
