In this role, you will contribute to shaping technological progress in optics and associated areas.:

    Manage regional or segment-specific business requirements towards the global SAP S/4HANA template through local fit-gap analyses under the leadership of deputy or hub process owners., Provide guidance for and steer junior business experts in requirements analysis and business process modeling., Develop process maps and models to illustrate adapted business processes; drive the adaptation of end-to-end business processes towards goals of harmonization and standardization, collaborating with local business experts on preparatory work such as data cleansing., Design and own test cases, conducting functional end-to-end tests in the SAP S/4HANA system; support the definition and conduction of functional test cases., Actively contribute to the roll-in of assigned projects in a region, primarily within a segment, and if deemed necessary by regional hub leads, across segments., Assist in creating training materials and, if required, conduct end-user training under the coordination of the training lead.

Qualifications:

  • Four to six years of relevant professional experience in business.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics
  • Business Administration
  • Industrial Engineering
  • or a related field.
  • In-depth understanding of at least one end-to-end business process such as Lead-to-Cash
  • Procure-to-Pay
  • Engineer-to-Order
  • Service-to-Customer
  • Plan-to-Produce
  • Inbound-to-Outbound
  • Record-to-Report
  • and specialty areas like Quality Management or Master Data Management.
  • Proven experience with business requirements management and business processes modeling.
  • Experience with SAP R/3 and ideally SAP S/4HANA
  • as well as relevant third-party business systems.
  • Relevant industry knowledge.
  • Excellent conceptual
  • results-oriented
  • and communication skills.
  • Ability to build networks and eagerness to work in an intercultural and interdisciplinary global team.
  • Business fluent in English.
  • Willingness to travel up to seventy percent.
