Job Description:
- As a Senior ERP Developer, you will play a pivotal role in the configuration, development, customization, and maintenance of Oracle Fusion or SAP HANA/S4 ERP systems. This position is critical for ensuring that our business-critical ERP systems operate with maximum efficiency, scalability, and reliability. Collaborating within a dynamic team environment, you will utilize your deep technical expertise and strong problem-solving skills to deliver innovative ERP solutions that align with our business objectives. Your contributions will significantly affect Minitab’s operational success and help shape our future business processes through close cooperation with cross-functional teams.

The Senior ERP Developer will undertake multiple responsibilities to enhance and maintain our ERP systems.:
- Configure and customize ERP systems to meet business needs.;; Develop and implement solutions within the Oracle Fusion or SAP HANA/S4 environments.;; Collaborate with various teams to analyze system requirements and optimize processes.;; Ensure the integration of ERP modules such as CRM, Finance, Marketing, HCM, and EPM.;; Conduct performance tuning and troubleshooting of ERP systems.
