We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ERP Developer to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the configuration, development, customization, and ongoing maintenance of Oracle Fusion or SAP HANA/S4 ERP systems. Your primary objective will be to ensure the efficiency, scalability, and reliability of these business-critical systems, which are essential for enhancing and supporting our organizational operations. You will work collaboratively within a team, leveraging your deep technical expertise and strong problem-solving skills to deliver innovative ERP solutions that align with our business objectives. As a Senior ERP Developer, you will be tasked with a variety of responsibilities aimed at optimizing our ERP systems. Your duties will include::

Configuring and customizing ERP systems to meet business needs;; Developing and maintaining ERP applications and integrations;; Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify requirements and implement solutions;; Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to ERP systems;; Ensuring the scalability and reliability of ERP applications;; Conducting system testing and validation to ensure quality;; Providing support and training to end-users on ERP functionalities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years of experience in ERP systems, specifically Oracle Fusion or SAP HANA/S4
• Proficiency in ERP modules including CRM, Finance, Marketing, HCM, and EPM
• Experience in custom application development within PaaS environments
• Familiarity with ERP frameworks such as Oracle ADF/JET and SAP Fiori/UI5
• Knowledge of ERP-based integrations using OIC, SAP PI/PO, or similar platforms
