Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Senior ERP Developer who will play a crucial role in the configuration, development, customization, and maintenance of our ERP systems, specifically focusing on Oracle Fusion or SAP HANA/S4. In this position, you will be responsible for optimizing the performance, scalability, and reliability of these business-critical systems. You will work collaboratively within a dynamic team environment, leveraging your deep technical knowledge and strong problem-solving skills to deliver ERP solutions that are in alignment with our overarching business objectives. This role offers you the chance to significantly influence Minitab’s operational success and to contribute to the evolution of our business processes by working closely with various cross-functional teams.

The primary responsibilities of the Senior ERP Developer include a variety of tasks aimed at enhancing the ERP systems and ensuring their efficiency and effectiveness.:

Configure and develop ERP modules including CRM, Finance, Marketing, HCM, and EPM;; Customize ERP solutions to meet specific business needs;; Maintain and troubleshoot ERP systems to ensure optimal performance;; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement ERP enhancements;; Ensure the integrity and security of ERP data;; Develop integration solutions using platforms such as OIC, SAP PI/PO
