Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior ERP Functional Consultant specializing in Planning, Sales, and Manufacturing to join our team in San Diego, California. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive functional support to our clients' Enterprise Business Processes (EBPs) related to planning, sales, and manufacturing modules. You will play a key role in understanding business requirements, drafting conceptual design documents based on these requirements, and coordinating closely with our development team to ensure successful implementation of ERP solutions. Testing the developed solutions, training business users, and preparing necessary training documentation will also be crucial aspects of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will extend support to business support owners to ensure seamless operational continuity.

As a Senior ERP Functional Consultant, your primary responsibilities will encompass a variety of critical tasks that support our ERP initiatives.:

Provide functional support to client EBPs focusing on planning, sales, and manufacturing.;; Thoroughly understand and document business requirements to facilitate effective ERP solutions.;; Draft detailed conceptual design documents based on the gathered requirements.;; Collaborate with the development team to ensure alignment and clarity in ERP implementations.;; Conduct rigorous testing of developed solutions to ensure they meet the specified requirements.;; Deliver training sessions to business users, ensuring they are proficient in using the ERP system.;; Create comprehensive training documents to support ongoing user education.;; Offer continuous support to business owners, assisting them in managing and optimizing their ERP systems.
