As a Senior IT Manager, you will be responsible for guiding the Finance and Accounting IT applications team, ensuring effective staffing, performance management, and project scheduling.:

Lead the implementation and maintenance of ERP solutions, particularly Oracle EBS and Cloud (Fusion Financials);; Manage system configurations, integrations, and the development of workflows, reporting, and analytics;; Oversee service level agreements, incident management, and performance enhancement ticketing;; Participate in strategic planning and execution of cross-functional projects;; Conduct quarterly evaluations of system patches and new functionalities;; Engage in mergers and acquisitions activities, understanding their impact on business processes
