Senior Manager Business Application Services
Job Description:
- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager of Business Application Services to lead our multidisciplinary team of analysts in Hartford, CT. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the management and oversight of our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system along with other non-clinical systems. Your primary focus will be to ensure the effective operation and implementation of core business and administrative systems. You will play a crucial role in evaluating, planning, designing, developing, and conducting training for our systems, while also managing complex project implementations and resolving issues as they arise. This is a highly visible position that requires you to cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders across various departments, ensuring that our operational strategies align with information systems requirements and solutions. You will independently manage assigned responsibilities and proactively identify innovative solutions to complex problems, acting as the primary escalation point for all business application needs.
