Our Renewables team in Düsseldorf is awaiting your expertise!:

    Overseeing the preparation and execution of acquisitions and disposals of early-stage renewable development projects exceeding 0.5-1 GW annually, Managing internal project teams and external advisors to address project challenges and secure success, Negotiating transaction structures and commercial terms with stakeholders, Supervising joint ventures, partnership arrangements, and acquired businesses, Fostering effective collaboration within the Renewables team, including developers, engineers, market analysts, and external partners, Reporting to the Vice President of Asset Rotation & Partnering

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Engineering
  • Business Administration
  • Economics or related fields
  • Significant experience in commercial renewables

  • corporate finance or similar roles
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with experience in leading project teams
  • Knowledge of key economic factors affecting utility-scale solar PV and wind assets
  • Creative
  • open-minded
  • and possessing a good sense of humor
  • Demonstrated international work experience and cultural awareness
  • Willingness to travel internationally
  • Fluency in English and German; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous
