Senior Manager, Organizational Change Management

Job Description:

    As a Senior Manager in our Organizational Change Management (OCM) practice, you will play a pivotal role in driving change management initiatives both within the organization and for our clients. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide array of activities, including but not limited to leading complex client delivery programs, managing teams, and ensuring the successful execution of change management strategies. You will be at the forefront of pre-sales activities, crafting proposals, onboarding new talent, and inspiring your team to pursue continuous innovation and learning. Your ability to foster strong relationships and strategic coaching will be essential as you work collaboratively with Directors in OCM to enhance client outcomes. You will be responsible for leading change management efforts and ensuring successful transformation initiatives within client organizations.:

    Partner with OCM leadership to enhance consultant skills and recruit top talent;; Lead business and ERP program delivery for large-scale transformation projects;; Communicate effectively and plan projects with precision;; Build and maintain relationships with existing and new clients through networking;; Educate colleagues on change influence strategies to increase client value;; Assist in the recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding of new talent;; Design and implement successful change management solutions, including team management;; Participate in developing RFP responses and business development strategies;; Maintain strategic relationships with client executives to monitor change effectiveness;; Engage in regular internal AXIA meetings to foster team connections and collaboration

  • Graduate degree in a related field
