Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager Technology specializing in ERP and Business Applications to lead a dynamic team dedicated to the management and optimization of our SAP landscape and supporting IT systems. The ideal candidate will possess a robust technical foundation in SAP, Cloud technologies, and management practices, allowing for effective oversight of our SAP Basis Administrators, Cloud services, and security teams. This role requires an individual who can provide expert guidance, facilitate collaboration among various IT and business stakeholders, and ensure compliance with industry standards. A strong understanding of SAP testing methodologies and tools will be essential to enhance the overall software development lifecycle. You will be responsible for maintaining the governance of SAP systems, overseeing routine maintenance, and managing relationships with key vendors to ensure seamless integration and support for our SAP interfaces.

The Senior Manager Technology will be responsible for the following key tasks::

Managing a team of SAP Basis, Cloud, CPI, ABAP, and SAP Security administrators;; Providing leadership and subject matter expertise to support SAP landscape;; Implementing governance and compliance processes for SAP systems;; Overseeing system troubleshooting, capacity planning, and performance optimization;; Developing and maintaining third-party interfaces and connections;; Facilitating effective communication between IT and business stakeholders;; Ensuring adherence to data privacy regulations and internal security policies;; Monitoring SAP system performance for efficiency improvements;; Implementing disaster recovery and business continuity plans;; Managing vendor relationships and contracts effectively
