We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP Developer with a strong background in SAP Logistics and Fiori development to join our team in a hybrid setting in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. This role is crucial for enhancing our in-house software applications, integrating data between various applications, and ensuring that business objectives are met through technical solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of software development best practices and will be responsible for leading significant application development projects, mentoring junior developers, and driving innovation within the team. You will collaborate closely with both IT and business stakeholders to translate project requirements into effective technical solutions while maintaining high quality and compliance with architectural standards.

As a Senior SAP Developer, you will be responsible for leading and managing large-scale application development projects, ensuring alignment with business needs and technical specifications. Your role will include mentoring junior developers, overseeing third-party development teams, and recommending process improvements to enhance system performance.:

Lead large-scale application development projects;; Design and implement architecturally compliant solutions;; Troubleshoot and configure software applications;; Mentor and coach junior developers;; Drive process improvements and recommend solutions;; Develop and maintain technical documentation;; Act as a liaison between IT and business teams;; Conduct code reviews and track project milestones;; Participate in Agile teams and promote continuous improvement
