Job Description:

As a Software Engineer, you will play a vital role in enhancing our internal Authorization Platform, which is integral to GoDaddy's Identity and Access Management ecosystem. This platform is designed to ensure secure and collaborative access control across our diverse product offerings. You will be part of a small, agile, and distributed team that works closely together, regardless of location, to develop innovative solutions to complex security and access challenges. Your expertise will help shape the future of the Authorization Platform, ensuring it is secure, scalable, and performs effectively. You will collaborate with teams focused on onboarding, authentication, and service-to-service communication to build robust solutions that meet the demands of our users and partners. This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from home while occasionally participating in team events or offsite meetings.

You will be responsible for designing, developing, and improving the Authorization Platform, collaborating with various teams to ensure its capabilities meet the needs of our users.:

Architect and implement authorization features to enhance platform performance and scalability;; Build and maintain solutions that handle high-volume data using NoSQL databases;; Collaborate with product teams and internal stakeholders to integrate the platform with other GoDaddy products;; Apply modern identity standards such as OAuth and OpenID where applicable;; Write clean, maintainable code and perform code reviews;; Participate in the entire development lifecycle, identifying areas for improvement and proposing innovative solutions
