Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. IT SAP Business Analyst to join our team, where you will play a crucial role in providing application leadership and process support to our Sales and Distribution teams. This position is based in Cary, NC, and features a hybrid work schedule that includes four days on-site and one day working from home. In this role, you will be instrumental in determining the most appropriate applications within our current and future business application portfolio to meet the needs and processes related to Order-to-Cash and Sales & Marketing areas. Your ability to adapt and work precisely will be key to ensuring exceptional customer experiences. You will be expected to have a comprehensive understanding of business processes, process and analysis management, and the associated IT requirements in order to drive the definition, optimization, and improvement of both new and existing business processes.

As a Sr. IT SAP Business Analyst, you will have a range of responsibilities that include developing a deep understanding of business processes to identify and implement effective IT solutions. You will engage actively with key business partners to validate opportunities and ensure alignment with business strategies. Your role will also involve translating business needs into effective SAP SD solutions and leading the design, development, and implementation of global Sales, Pricing, Billing, Shipping, and Returns solutions.:

Define project requirements and manage project schedules, milestones, and budgets;; Participate in project reviews and provide updates to leadership;; Collaborate with various IT teams to translate business requirements into functional specifications;; Oversee user acceptance testing activities to ensure requirements are met;; Create and deliver end-user documentation and training materials;; Follow and improve IT standards and processes;; Conduct knowledge transfer and training to business users and IT teams

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of SAP experience in a business function
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
• Thorough understanding of SAP applications and configuration
