In this position, you will work closely with stakeholders across Warehouse, Transportation, and Operations to identify their needs and translate them into comprehensive technical requirements. You will be responsible for advising on IT solutions tailored to optimize Warehouse and Transportation operations. Your expertise in SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) and SCALE will be crucial as you configure and enhance system functionalities to align with business objectives. This role offers the unique opportunity to lead projects that implement system enhancements and collaborate with developers to create custom solutions that further streamline our operations. You will also facilitate effective communication between IT and Operations teams, ensuring that everyone is aligned and informed about system capabilities. As a Senior SAP Systems Analyst, you will be tasked with several key responsibilities that are critical to the success of our Warehouse and Transportation operations.:

Engage with stakeholders to gather detailed business requirements and translate these into technical specifications.;; Advise on IT solutions that address the challenges faced in Warehouse and Transportation operations.;; Configure SAP EWM and SCALE solutions to meet specific business needs, focusing on warehouse management and transportation planning.;; Identify and implement system enhancements, collaborating with developers to design and test tailored solutions.;; Act as a project leader, guiding discussions on the implications of IT solutions on business processes.;; Oversee integration efforts to ensure seamless operation between Warehouse Operations Solutions and other critical systems.;; Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Warehouse and Transportation Solutions, serving as the escalation point for complex issues.;; Monitor system performance and user feedback to implement best practices for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 7 years of experience as a Warehouse/Transportation Analyst or similar role.
• 4 years of experience as an SAP Systems Analyst or similar role, with a strong emphasis on warehouse operations.
• Proven experience in SAP WM/EWM system configuration and optimization.
• Solid understanding of supply chain processes and their integration with SAP.
