    Ensure the reliable operation of our products, which are accessed millions of times daily, while continuously improving platform stability and performance., Act as a liaison between software development and platform teams to influence technology decisions and establish service level objectives., Develop infrastructure as code as part of CI/CD pipelines, Helm Charts, or Docker images., Enhance observability infrastructure to identify potential errors using tracing and metrics, ensuring product reliability and customer data protection., Engage in personal projects during designated innovation days or explore new technologies through prototypes.
