Job Description:

We are looking for a highly competent and motivated System Analyst with expertise in ERP systems to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in financial management and accounting, and will play a crucial role in a significant financial modernization project. Your responsibilities will include analyzing the client's current financial management technologies and processes, gathering detailed requirements, and documenting the necessary steps for future system enhancements. You will interact with various stakeholders to understand their needs and translate these into actionable requirements. This position requires a proactive approach, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

As a System Analyst- ERP, you will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of the financial management modernization project.:

Conduct thorough discovery and analysis of existing financial and accounting technologies, identifying areas for improvement.;; Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather and define ERP requirements necessary for financial management modernization.;; Facilitate requirement-gathering sessions and design activities across various functional areas including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Procurement.;; Perform user research to understand needs and challenges in current financial processes.;; Develop and document business process requirements and policies while recommending enhancements.;; Create detailed project plans, timelines, and priorities for the multiple phases of the requirements-gathering process.;; Support the client in the procurement of Financial Management Systems through market research and evaluation criteria.
