We are currently seeking a Technician in After Sales Service - Team Leader Team Retrofit / Used Machines to join our team.

As a Team Leader in After Sales Service, you will be responsible for leading a team in providing excellent service to our customers.:

Developing customer-specific inquiries in collaboration with specialist departments such as electrical engineering, design, production, and application engineering, Preparing offers for retrofits, modernizations, software updates, and related services for used machines, Calculating and developing new service products/packages, Selling service contracts including software, maintenance, and warranty contracts, Supporting the conception of sales strategies for service products, Providing active customer advisory services and preparing and delivering presentations, Supporting our national and international branches as well as the sales force

Spoken Languages:

• English, German, French

Skillset:

• Technical expertise in mechanical or electrical engineering
• Sales and negotiation skills
• Strong communication abilities
• Analytical skills for calculations and offers
• Proficiency in MS Office and SAP

Qualifications:

• Completed training as a state-certified technician or comparable training specializing in mechanical or electrical engineering
• High customer orientation
• ideally with first sales experience
• Ability to understand calculations and offers
• Strong communication

• Good knowledge of MS Office

• and familiarity with SAP is advantageous
