Job Description:

    We are seeking a Technology Monitoring & Program Coordinator based in Royston, UK, or Goettingen, Germany. This role will report to the Head of Corporate Research and will focus on enhancing our innovative capabilities by researching new technologies and assessing their potential commercial impact on products and services. You will actively engage with internal and external stakeholders to identify and promote innovative solutions, evaluate their business potential, and manage selected external development partners. Join our team to support the strategic direction and help shape the future.

    Monitor and analyze technology trends and developments, Project future developments and business scenarios, Coordinate and manage research and development projects, Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive innovation projects, Prepare white papers and presentations for management, Support the development and implementation of technology roadmaps, Conduct technology scouting and evaluate new technologies, Assess the commercial impact of novel technologies, Capture and communicate business requirements to relevant departments, Manage programs to promote technological innovation, Ensure compliance with project goals, timelines, and budgets

Qualifications:

  • Degree in a relevant field such as engineering

  • Experience in technology scouting and evaluation of new technologies
  • Background in various industries
  • particularly in the life science sector
  • Proven track record in managing and coordinating programs and projects
  • Strong analytical skills and technical understanding
  • Confidence in addressing unfamiliar areas
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to foster internal and external relationships
  • Fluency in English and willingness to travel
