Job Description:
- We are seeking an accomplished Vice President of Information Technology to spearhead and enhance our client's technology strategy. A successful candidate will possess extensive IT leadership experience, particularly in cloud-based solutions and systems security, and a proven history of implementing technological advancements that facilitate business growth.

The Vice President of IT will be responsible for a variety of essential functions to ensure the organization’s technological framework is robust and aligned with business goals.:
- Oversee IT infrastructure and software utilization across the organization;; Manage day-to-day operations of hardware and systems software to ensure availability;; Lead process improvements and streamline workflows for technology operations;; Develop comprehensive IT business and budget plans;; Drive the integration of mergers and acquisitions;; Manage relationships with third-party IT vendors;; Prepare annual budgets for operational expenses and capital investments;; Establish governance for risk management and cybersecurity;; Implement scalable processes for a centralized IT organization;; Ensure data security and integrity during critical events;; Stay current with IT industry trends and best practices;; Oversee compliance with regulatory requirements in IT policies;; Review and update security programs to meet legal standards;; Evaluate the organization’s strategic plan and anticipate future IT needs;; Manage and mentor the IT team, ensuring timely project completion;; Optimize the balance of in-house versus outsourced IT services;; Advise senior management on strategic IT decisions
