Job Description:

    Revvity is initiating an extensive digital transformation aimed at modernizing its technology infrastructure and streamlining business operations. We are in search of a seasoned Vice President of ERP Solutions to spearhead the global deployment and transformation of our ERP platform. This project is a critical component of our digital transformation strategy, positioned as a top priority within the organization to enhance agility, responsiveness, and overall operational efficiency. Reporting directly to the Chief Digital and Strategy Officer, the VP of ERP Solutions will be responsible for shaping and driving the strategic vision, execution, and continuous improvement of Revvity's ERP systems to facilitate significant business transformation and meet our organizational goals. This pivotal role entails full accountability for resource management, budget oversight, schedule adherence, and risk mitigation. The VP will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that digital transformation initiatives align with the needs of business stakeholders, leading project delivery from conception through to execution. The successful candidate will manage multiple workstreams across various departments, gaining a comprehensive understanding of requirements and navigating complex interdependencies while collaborating with business partners and system integrators. This leadership role will involve defining objectives, roles, responsibilities, and expected outcomes for the project team, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic vision and successful execution of initiatives.

    Develop and implement a comprehensive ERP strategy aligned with organizational goals;; Collaborate with leadership to identify innovative opportunities for ERP technologies;; Oversee budget management and resource allocation to maximize ROI;; Lead complex ERP transformation programs ensuring stakeholder alignment;; Manage vendor relationships and ensure performance metrics are met;; Build and develop a high-performance ERP team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement

  • 8 years of experience leading SAP ECC and S/4 HANA implementations
  • Experience in large global organizations with a focus on SAP S/4 HANA
  • Familiarity with business process design and modern software development lifecycle practices
