As part of the global Process Owners Team, you will be responsible for the design and rollout of Workday Absence & Time Tracking processes while consulting, supporting, and training the global HR community.:
- Develop relationships with global process owners and subject matter experts to facilitate the Workday rollout strategy., Identify areas for improvement in both processes and systems and continuously research new system functionality and HR best practices., Act as Project Manager for Rollouts, Redesigns, Enhancements, and Change Management of the Workday Absence and Time Tracking module, working closely with other global process owners and stakeholders., Execute Proof of Concepts, plan projects in alignment with Process Owners, create design concepts, ensure quality assurance, control budgets, and provide training., Lead internal and external consultants, managing their skill development, work packages, and deliverables, ensuring process alignment with systems and tools.

Qualifications:
- Degree in Business Administration

- Over 5 years of professional experience in HR Management

- Project Management and Process Optimization
- More than 3 years of hands-on experience with Workday Absence and Time Tracking
- Solution-oriented mindset
- Experience with Workday Rollout
- High affinity for IT
- General project management experience
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Fluent in written and spoken English and German
