Job Description:

Join our transformative Entry Level UX Design Internship program, designed to empower aspiring UX designers! Over the course of four months, interns will engage in hands-on projects where they will go through the complete UX design and research process, working on a startup idea of their choice. This program not only provides invaluable experience but also offers one-on-one mentorship and career coaching, ensuring that participants are well-prepared to enter the competitive tech landscape. Our alumni have successfully transitioned into lucrative roles, often securing salaries between eighty-five thousand to one hundred fifty thousand. This internship is a unique opportunity to develop essential skills while contributing to meaningful projects that can impact the tech industry, particularly for women, immigrants, and people of color.

Interns will be responsible for driving the design process and managing projects from inception to delivery, while also participating in lectures and mentorship sessions.:

Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisions.;; Create personas, user journey maps, and service blueprints.;; Design wireframes and prototypes for user testing.;; Analyze competitors to understand market positioning.;; Develop a business model and pitch for a startup idea.;; Participate in user testing and iterate on designs based on feedback.
