Job Description:

As a Fractional UX Designer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our Time, Billing, and Accounting tools tailored for the legal sector. Working closely with a dedicated team, including the UX lead and product manager, you will be instrumental in creating user-centric designs that address the specific needs of legal professionals. Your insights and design skills will directly contribute to delivering exceptional digital experiences that not only meet but exceed user expectations. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about user experience and is eager to engage in both qualitative and quantitative research to better understand user behaviors and pain points. The ideal candidate will possess the capability to translate complex ideas into intuitive and effective designs, ensuring that our solutions remain at the forefront of legal technology.

In this role, you will be tasked with creating compelling user experiences that adhere to our product vision and user needs.:

Design, develop, and implement user interfaces for Litify's Salesforce-based products;; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and refine user requirements;; Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights for design improvements;; Create wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications to communicate design intent;; Advocate for user needs throughout the product development lifecycle
