Job Description:
- As an Interaction Designer for YouTube Watch, you will be tasked with transforming complex tasks into seamless and intuitive user experiences accessible to billions worldwide. Your role will encompass the complete design process, from crafting user flows and wireframes to developing user interface mockups and prototypes. You will have the unique opportunity to envision how users will interact with our products and bring that vision to life in a way that is not only functional but also delightful and engaging. Working within a collaborative team of UX Designers, Researchers, Writers, and Engineers, you will play a crucial role in gathering insights about user behaviors and attitudes, which will inform and inspire your design decisions. Your focus will be on user-centered design methodologies to create industry-leading experiences, ensuring that every detail aligns with Google's design principles and enhances the overall user experience. In this position, you will also advocate for design priorities and be involved in refining product experiences based on user feedback and business needs.

You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and devise effective design solutions.:
- Create wireframes, flow diagrams, storyboards, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes to communicate user experiences at various design stages;; Incorporate user feedback and business requirements into ongoing product experience updates;; Advocate for design-centered changes and improvements based on user insights
