As we continue to expand our reach and enhance our platform from our Berlin headquarters, we are seeking a talented Lead Product Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in defining the user experience for our app, which ranks among the top entertainment applications in the world with over 25 million downloads. Your design vision will not only influence the immediate improvements of our platform but also shape our long-term strategic direction. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to create user-centric designs that elevate the player journey, ensuring that every interaction with our application is seamless and engaging.

As a Lead Product Designer, you will be responsible for guiding the design process from initial conception through to final launch.:

Define and lead the user experience design for the JustPlay app, ensuring a cohesive design vision.;; Develop innovative product features that enhance user engagement throughout the player journey.;; Create user-centric designs, including wireframes, prototypes, and mockups.;; Collaborate closely with stakeholders, engineers, and product managers to develop strategic design solutions.;; Implement best practices to maintain high design quality across multiple platforms including iOS and Android.;; Utilize research insights and analytics to inform design decisions and identify usability improvements.
