The Lead UX/UI Designer will be responsible for creating innovative design solutions that enhance user experience and meet business objectives.:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand business requirements.;; Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design concepts effectively.;; Conduct competitor research and gather user feedback to continuously improve user experience.;; Design visually stunning interfaces that align with the brand identity.;; Maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across platforms.;; Utilize A/B testing and usability tests to validate design decisions.;; Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.;; Coordinate User Acceptance Testing to meet user requirements.;; Enhance e-commerce experiences with a focus on mobile-first design.;; Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
