Your primary responsibilities will include designing and developing innovative digital experiences that promote learning and behavior change, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that all content aligns with our high standards of scientific rigor.:

Develop engaging experience flows and curricula that support user learning and growth;; Create AI prompts and content that enhances the effectiveness of our digital learning tools;; Consult with subject matter experts to ensure high-quality, evidence-based content;; Measure and analyze user engagement and efficacy of learning experiences to inform continuous improvement;; Collaborate with product teams to integrate behavior change solutions into various products

Qualifications:
